Wisconsin Football Offers Top Running Back Recruit in Michigan
The Badgers have made a new offer to a running back in the 2025 class.
Wisconsin football running backs coach Devon Spalding has seen enough to make a new offer at running back in the 2025 recruiting class.
The Wisconsin Badgers have officially offered three-star running back Jace Clarizio out of East Lansing, Michigan. Clarizio announced his latest scholarship offer on social media.

UW joins a growing list of suitors, including Michigan State, Iowa State, Louisville, Toledo, Indiana, Bowling Green, Central Michigan, and the USC Trojans.
The 247Sports recruiting rankings list Clarizio as the No. 51 running back in the country and the No. 10 player in Michigan. According to MaxPreps, he carried the ball 148 times as a junior for 1,247 rushing yards and found paydirt 16 times, averaging 8.4 yards per carry.
He is now the 15th running back the Wisconsin football team has offered on the recruiting trail in the 2025 recruiting cycle.
Wisconsin Football Offers Fast-Rising 2025 Running Back Recruit
Luke Fickell and the Wisconsin football coaching staff completely rebuilt the running back room on the recruiting trail this past season.
The Badgers added Dilin Jones, Darrion Dupree, and Gideon Ituka in the 2024 cycle, which, in theory, should put Wisconsin in the market for just one tailback in the next class.
However, in today’s college football landscape, coaches are always preparing for that number to change and must continue casting their net until recruits sign on the dotted line.
It’ll be interesting to see if Wisconsin football coaches can work to get him on campus for an official visit this summer.
