Commitment to Wisconsin Football
Agard, a member of the All-American team, held offers from over 30 Division 1 programs, including many of the top teams in the country. The cornerback out of St. Joe’s Prep committed to Wisconsin over teams like Alabama, Clemson, Florida State, Georiga, and many more.
Unsurprisingly, Agard was mainly recruited by Colin Hitschler, the safeties coach for the Wisconsin football team. Hitschler has a great connection to the state of Pennsylvania, a state the Badgers haven’t had a ton of success recruiting in the past.
Agard, if you recall, had one of the more creative commitments that Wisconsin football fans have seen. He committed with Bucky Badgers making an appearance while Jump Around played in the background at his party.

According to the BadgerNotes scouting report, Agard is a versatile defensive back who should do well in Tressel’s defensive scheme. He is an instinctual playmaker and has a ton of upside.
