Wisconsin Badgers Football: What Are We DOIN Here?! Volume 3

I want to start this off by saying this might arguably be the dumbest thing ever blogged about in the history of BadgerNotes.com. But with the Wisconsin Badgers football team mostly handling business, didn’t cover and the under hit… sigh. But with the announcers not also outright cheering for Rutgers, I just needed to come up with something to rant about.

Sure, I could have gone on about how Jackson Acker was incredible in spelling Braelon Allen, took Wisconsin all the way down the field in one drive, only for the Badgers to bring Allen back in and fumble right away. What the heck was that?

Maybe I should go on about Rutgers continuously trying Ricardo Hallman, even after he went 95 yards to the crib to put Wisconsin up 17 in the first half. I’m now screaming “RIIICOOOOOOO” multiple times a game and I absolutely love it. Quit tryin’ him!

Wisconsin Badgers Football…What are we doin here?! Moment of the Week:

I just think too many teams have red and white color schemes in the Big Ten and I’m not a fan of watching teams wear the exact opposite uniform combos.

Wisconsin football with white helmets, red jerseys, white pants. Rutgers with red helmets, white jerseys, red pants. Maryland wore red helmets, white jerseys, red pants. Ohio State, a little different, but silver helmets, red jerseys, silver pants. Indiana has, albeit a little bit darker red, but still red and white combo. At one point in this game, Rutgers scored their first touchdown and Peacock put the points on the board for Wisconsin.

The TV booth doesn’t even know which team is which. WHAT ARE WE DOIN HERE?!

Can we get a little diversity in our uni combos? I’m calling on the Big Ten to force teams to come up with something different. We need to be able to turn on a game and see some significant uniform differences. Maybe I feel this way because the Wisconsin Badgers have had like 4 different uniforms in my lifetime and I’m over it.

List me as the leader of the anti-red and white club. What are we DOING here!?
