Madison, Wis. — Luke Fickell and the Wisconsin Badgers football team (5-2, 2-1 B1G) officially released their two-deep depth chart ahead of its week nine home matchup against Ohio State on Saturday, October 28.

No changes on offense for the Wisconsin football team heading into their primetime matchup vs. Ohio State on Saturday. I was hoping Jake Renfo might appear in the two-deep for the Badgers at center, but that’s more of a formality than anything.

Also, after announcing that Myles Burkett and Nick Evers would be competing for the No. 2 quarterback role, it appears that Wisconsin hasn’t seen enough to warrant a change at the position.

The big change on the Wisconsin football depth chart this week is team captain, and lately, backup inside linebacker Maema Njongmeta as the first listed option at ILB over Jordan Turner.

Njongmeta earned the start at linebacker this past week because Turner was injured, and he put together a damn good performance against Illinois. Given Turner’s tackling issues, I’m not surprised to see the Badgers defense at least considering giving him an uptick in playing time.
