Wisconsin Football Claims FutureCast Prediction for 2024 Recruit

Madison, Wis. – The Wisconsin football staff recently received a prediction from Rivals that has a 2024 three-star corner back landing with the team.

Lloyd Irvin, a 2024 three-star corner back from Maryland, is scheduled to make his commitment this week. Irvin has been strongly considering the Wisconsin Badgers for the past few months. West Virginia, Maryland, and Boston College have also been recruiting the corner back hard during his recent visits. Irvin is ranked as the 33rd player in the state of Maryland and the 115th corner back in the class. Irvin also has a crystal ball prediction from 247 Sports for the Maryland Terrapins.

Wisconsin Badgers Still Deep in the Mix for 2024 Three-Star Cornerback

The Wisconsin Badgers football team is bound to get stronger with their current 2024 class. However, the staff is far from done with what they have already created. This coming week in particular will be big for the Wisconsin staff as multiple major 2024 targets are scheduled to announce their commitment decisions. One particular recruit, Lloyd Irvin, is a big, physical corner back the staff truly loves. Irvin plays incredibly physically and bodies his opponents in coverage often.

This past season as a Junior, Irvin allowed zero touchdowns and served as a lock-down corner back for his team. The 6-foot-3-inch, 180-pound defender uses every inch of his frame to break-up passes and make exceptional tackles. Irvin is also a lethal hitter on the field and provides a huge boost in the tackling department for his team. The corner back also has the ability to come down-hill and make plays in the backfield when necessary. Irvin is a do-it-all kind of corner back which is exactly what coach Luke Fickell and the Wisconsin football staff is looking for.

The biggest question at this point involving Wisconsin and Irvin is whether or not he will land with the program. Irvin has a crystal ball prediction in place for the Maryland Terrapins, however, he received his before visiting Madison. With his FutureCast prediction, a lot seems to have changed since then in the eyes of some analysts. Perhaps the Wisconsin football staff is much closer to the recruit than people originally thought.
