Wisconsin Basketball Offers 2026 Shooting Guard Christian Wiggins
The Badgers have made a new offer in the 2026 class.
On Sunday, Greg Gard and the Wisconsin basketball program had in-state guard (Minnesota) Christian Wiggins on campus for the Badgers matchup against No. 2 Purdue at the Kohl Center.
Before Wiggins left campus, the Wisconsin Badgers became the first Power 5 offer for the talented guard from Minneapolis, Minnesota. His only other scholarship offer at this time is from Northern Iowa. Wiggins has also taken an unofficial visit to St. Thomas.
“Thank you Coach Gard, Coach Krabbenhoft, and staff for today’s visit,” Wiggins wrote. “I am extremely grateful to receive an offer from the University of Wisconsin.”

Wisconsin Basketball Offers 2026 SG Christian Wiggins
Death. Taxes. The Wisconsin basketball program pillaging the state of Minnesota for its top high school recruiting prospects.
Christian Wiggins is an intriguing up-and-coming talent. He is expected to be among the top-rated players in Minnesota’s 2026 in-state class.
It’s also worth noting that he is a teammate of former Badgers target Jackson McAndrew at Wayzata High School.

At 6-foot-4, 170 pounds, Wiggins has three-level scoring potential. Right now, he hangs his hat on three-point shooting ability, with impressive range, but is beginning to take steps forward as a shot creator who can play above the rim and finish with authority on the break.
With the offer to Wiggins, he is now the fifth known scholarship offer the Wisconsin basketball program has made in the 2026 recruiting class, joining TJ Crumble, DeZhon Hall, Gabe Sularski, and in-state product LaTrevion Fenderson, who intends to reclassify.
