Wisconsin Football OT Destroys Kid During All-American Bowl Practice
Wisconsin football fans are going to like Kevin Heywood.
Luke Fickell and the Wisconsin Badgers football program signed five offensive linemen in the 2024 recruiting class.
Four-star offensive tackle Kevin Heywood from Royersford, Pennslyvania, was the highest-rated player in that five-person group. He is considered the No. 16 OT in the country and the No. 3 player in his home state.
Heywood will represent the Badgers alongside cornerback signee Omillio Agard in the All-American Bowl, which is set to be played on Jan. 6 at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.
During practice for said bowl game, Heywood embarrassed Stanford defensive line commit Dylan Stephenson during a 1-on-1 rep.

Wisconsin Football OT Kevin Heywood Has a Very High Ceiling
The Wisconsin football program has long been known for its ability to produce nasty offensive lines full of NFL-caliber linemen. That reputation has taken a minor hit in the past few seasons, producing good but not elite results by the Badgers’ usual standards.
Kevin Heywood was a big recruiting win for Luke Fickell and his staff. Although recruiting is about a player’s upside, there’s much to like about this kid’s film and measurables.
The 6-foot-6, 298-pound tackle has long arms and massive hands while playing with the physicality you’d typically think of with a traditional Wisconsin Badgers offensive lineman. Heywood plays with some nasty and is always looking to finish his blocks and put someone in the dirt.
Time will tell, but the Wisconsin football coaching staff appears to have gotten a good one in Kevin Heywood, and the Badgers group of tackles could use an injection of young talent at the position better suited for this new scheme.
