Wisconsin Basketball Hosts Emerging 2025 Recruiting Target on Visit

Greg Gard and the Wisconsin Badgers basketball program welcomed an intriguing 2025 recruiting target to the Kohl Center on Sunday.

Ian Miletic, a fast-rising shooting guard from Rolling Meadows, Illinois, made his inaugural visit to Madison for the matchup against Purdue.

Wisconsin Basketball Hosts Ian Miletic on Game Day Visit 

Although Ian Miletic is currently unranked by the recruiting services, he already holds offers from Marquette, Miami (OH), where he’s taken unofficial visits, and Illinois. The 6-foot-7 wing has also heard from Loyola, Purdue, Notre Dame, Minnesota and North Dakota State.

Notably, Miletic plays for the Illinois Wolves on the AAU circuit, a program with which Wisconsin basketball has a good relationship. Coach Oliver has been the primary contact on Miletic’s recruitment thus far.

Known for his sharpshooting and playmaking ability on the court, Miletic has good length and can push the ball in transition. The Illinois native has impressive range and looks like someone who could blow up this summer.

Wisconsin basketball getting into the recruiting mix and working to build a relationship with Miletic makes a lot of sense before the evaluation periods begin. It sounds like he is a target the Badgers would like to get back on campus.
