The 2024 NFL Pro Bowl rosters were recently revealed, and it brought fantastic news for a pair of former Wisconsin Badgers standouts from the football program.

Alec Ingold’s Pro Bowl selection marks a significant career milestone, earning his first nod by contributing 13 catches for 119 yards across Miami’s 16 games. Notably, his run/pass blocking has been instrumental in fueling Miami’s potent rushing offense, helping pave the way for 1,000-yard rusher Raheem Mostert and dynamic rookie De’Von Achane.

Pro Football Focus gave the former Wisconsin Badgers fullback a 76.5 pass-blocking grade, which is considered high quality and has provided insurance for Tua Tagavailoa on third-down passing situations.

Meanwhile, TJ Watt continues to wreak havoc on the NFL, earning his sixth consecutive Pro Bowl selection. This past season, he recorded an impressive 82 pressures and 60 tackles, including 17.0 sacks and 16 TFLs. He showcased his versatility with eight pass deflections, four forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, an interception, and even a touchdown.

Since leaving the Wisconsin Badgers a year early and becoming a first-round draft pick, Watt tied the NFL single-season sack record (22.5), has earned first-team All-Pro honors three times, and even won the Defensive Player of the Year award in 2021.

Congratulations to these former Wisconsin Badgers for their well-deserved places in the NFL Pro Bowl.
