Wisconsin Football Makes High-Profile QB Offer in 2026 Recruiting Class
The Badgers have offered their first signal caller in the 26 class.
Luke Fickell and the Wisconsin football coaching staff have identified their first quarterback target in the 2026 recruiting class.
Phil Longo, who has a tremendous eye for quarterback talent, offered a scholarship to Dia Bell out of Fort Lauderdale, Flordia. Bell announced his offer from the Wisconsin Badgers staff on social media.
The 6-foot-2, 195-pound signal caller already holds 18 offers, most notably from Arizona, Auburn, Florida, Miami, Nebraska, Penn State, Vanderbilt, North Carolina, and several other schools.

Bell is now the first quarterback that the Wisconsin football program has offered in this recruiting class.
Wisconsin Football Offers 2026 QB Recruit Dia Bell
Luke Fickell and Phil Longo have built a talented quarterback room for the Wisconsin football team in a short period, at least on paper. Already holding a commitment from 2025 QB Landyn Locke, the Badgers now have the luxury of being picky in the following cycles.
The Wisconsin Badgers’ latest offer, Dia Bell, is listed as a four-star recruit and the No. 4 dual-threat quarterback in the country, per QB Hit List.
Bell finished his sophomore season at American Heritage High School having completed 122-of-189 pass attempts for 1,929 yards with 20 touchdowns and four interceptions.
It’s also worth noting that he is the son of NBA veteran Raja Bell.
He’s already taken unofficial visits to Penn State, Florida, West Virginia, Miami, Ohio State, and BYU, among others.
So, the next step for Wisconsin football coaches will be getting Bell on campus for a visit to continue building a relationship.
