Wisconsin football takes on Nebraska with bowl eligibility on the line. Here are this week’s best bets.

Wisconsin Football made it difficult to find the motivation to write this article, after spitting in the face of every single one of their fans last weekend. I’ve been down in the dumps many times this season because of the Badgers, but this is a new low. I’m completely out on this team (if we beat Nebraska I’m all the way back).

Having a .500 week gambling didn’t help either. Every week, I now inch closer and closer to attempting to break a world eating record.

Now let’s all be sad together and look at last week’s results.

Losers:

Wisconsin Football -11 vs. Northwestern (-110) – I thought the Badgers owed me one, but deserved to lose this the instant I bet on it.

Bryson Green Over 44.5 Receiving Yards (-115) – If I’d known Tanner Mordecai was starting I probably would’ve stayed away from this. Green finished with two receptions for 15 yards, after coming off his best performance of the season.

Oregon vs. USC Game Total Over 77 (-108) –  It was a high-scoring affair as expected finishing with 63 total points and 931 total yards. But a third quarter with only seven points scored killed any hope we had.

Winners:

Wisconsin Football vs. Northwestern Game Total Under 43 (-112) – This one hit but it wasn’t easy. I was very concerned after 27 points were scored in the first half and Wisconsin couldn’t have stopped me from getting a first down. The second half was the complete opposite, with a garbage time touchdown by the Badgers being the only score.

Michigan -4.5 vs. Penn State (-110) – Michigan covered winning 24-15, but it was never in doubt. The Wolverines only threw the ball eight times, while racking up 227 yards on the ground, and holding Penn State to 238 total yards.

Iowa vs. Rutgers Game Total Under 27.5 (-112) –  Iowa had an offensive explosion scoring 22 points, while shutting out Rutgers. I will continue to bet on Iowa and the under until it doesn’t hit.

Season Record: 31-38-0 –A 50% week was the last thing I needed. Time is running out, and I need to go on a legendary heater to get to a .500 season record.

Nebraska vs. Wisconsin Football +7 (-118) – EMPTY THE FUCKING CLIP.

I loved this earlier in the week at +5.5, and seeing the line move to a touchdown gets me bricked up. The Badgers are a mess right now, while Matt Rhule has the Cornhuskers all the way bought in.

*Taking Nebraska goes against everything I stand for as a person. That’s how much the Badgers have hurt me this year.*

Wisconsin Football vs. Nebraska Game Total Under 37 (-108) – Combined, these teams are 13-7 when betting the under this season. I’ll continue to ride that trend, as this should be a classic BIG Ten defensive football game.

Nebraska to score 1st (+130) – Player props for this game are few and far between, and none of them excite me. So let’s get weird and hope the Huskers score first in this one.

Other CFB Bets I Like

UCLA +5 vs. USC – USC is on a two-game losing streak, and their defense guarantees the game will always be close. UCLA boasts the Pac-12’s best rushing offense, while USC has the conference’s worst rushing defense. 5 points seems like way too big of a number. Or maybe I’m just a big dumb idiot.

Missouri -12 vs. Florida (-105) – We stand on business.

Iowa vs. Illinois Game Total Under 32.5 (-105) – Iowa has allowed 25 points in their last four games. I will continue to be a slut for the under.

Kansas State -10 vs. Kansas (-108) – Quarterback Jason Bean is a game-time decision for Kansas, though he is expected to play. Either way K-State has won 14 in a row against the Jayhawks, and don’t expect that to stop today.

Georgia -9.5 vs. Tennessee (-112) – The Dawgs are ranked number one in the country again, and they’ll be out to prove it.
