Wisconsin Basketball Offers 2026 Point Guard DeZhon Hall
Wisconsin basketball makes its first offer in the 2026 recruiting class.
Greg Gard and the Wisconsin basketball coaching staff have been evaluating 2026 point guard DeZhon Hall on the recruiting trail for a while now — and it appears the Badgers have seen all they need to see.
Following an unofficial visit to Madison, the University of Wisconsin has officially extended a scholarship offer to the 6-foot-3 standout guard from Indianapolis, Indiana.
After a great visit I’m blessed to receive my 3rd Division 1 offer from the university of Wisconsin! Thanks Coach Gard, Coach Chambliss, and the rest of the staff for the amazing hospitality! #GoBadgers #B1G pic.twitter.com/yWoLqZ4YV0

At this time, Hall holds scholarship offers from Illinois, IUPUI, and the Wisconsin basketball program. However, he’s already heard from and visited Michigan State, Indiana, and Northwestern.
During his freshman season at Pike High School, Hall averaged 17.3 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 1.1 steals per game on 45% shooting from the field.
Wisconsin Basketball Makes DeZhon Hall First Scholarship Offer in 2026 Recruiting Class.
The Wisconsin basketball coaches wasted no time getting one of the nation’s top-scoring point guards on campus and even less time making him the first scholarship offer in the 2026 cycle.
DeZhon Hall is renowned for his ability to score from all three levels, possesses a great overall feel for the game, and has the tools and length to excel as a defender with some additional development.
At this point, Hall’s strengths lie in his combination of strength and athleticism, which enables him to create for himself and get to the charity stripe. Additionally, he showcases a polished mid-range game and a budding three-point shot, making him a genuine scoring threat. In a nutshell, there’s a lot to like here for Wisconsin basketball as a potential recruiting target.
This will end up being a national recruitment when all is said and done — but Greg Gard getting him on campus for an early visit certainly doesn’t hurt the Badgers odds in the future.
