The Wisconsin football program will host a recently offered offensive lineman on an official visit in just over a week.

Nolan Davenport took to social media to announce that he locked in an official visit with the Badgers for May 31st.

According to the composite rankings, Davenport is the No. 588 player in the country, the No. 47 OT, and the No. 18 player in Ohio.

Wisconsin extended an offer to the 6-foot-6, 260-pound lineman at the end of April. Davenport has amassed 33 total offers, with notable programs including Penn State, Michigan State, Cincinnati, Indiana, Arkansas, Purdue, Stanford, Kentucky, Louisville, and several others extending scholarships.

Davenport will make his way to Michigan State for an official visit the week after he stops in Madison.

Davenport moved from tight end to left tackle this past season, his first time playing offensive line. In his junior year, the Massillon Washington High School standout earned First Team All-County, First Team All-District, and Second Team All-Ohio honors and capped off the year with a state championship win.
Wisconsin took five offensive linemen in the 2024 recruiting class and currently holds two OL commits in the 2025 cycle from Michael Roeske and Cam Clark. UW is expected to take one or two more prospects in the trenches, and Davenport is among the top targets remaining at the position, along with Logan Powell, Isaac Sowells, and Darrin Strey.

As it stands, the Wisconsin football program holds 11 commitments in the 2025 class, which comes in at No. 17 in the country per the composite rankings.
