The Wisconsin football program added another 2027 quarterback to its list of offers on Tuesday.

Teddy Jarrard took to social media to announce he had received an offer from the Badgers.

Jarrard is now the fourth quarterback Wisconsin football has offered in the 2027 cycle, joining Trent Seaborn, Colton Nussmeier, and Kendall Franklin.

UW the first Power Four school to extend an offer to Jarrard, who holds an offer from Georgia State and an FCS offer from Bethune-Cookman.

The Georgia native just completed his freshman season at North Cobb Christian High School. He started all 12 games on varsity, recording 2065 passing yards (the first in school history to eclipse 2,000 yards passing), 18 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions while completing 58% of his pass attempts, according to MaxPreps. With those marks, Jarrard received First-Team All-Region  honors.

Badgers offensive coordinator Phil Longo, who extended the offer to Jarrard, has a knack for identifying and developing quarterback talent. Longo oversaw a quarterback room that included Sam Howell and Drake Maye, both of whom went on to be NFL quarterbacks. Longo served as the primary recruiter for Maye and also played a key role in former Ole Miss standout quarterback Matt Corral’s commitment to the Rebels in 2017.

Longo has picked up commitments from quarterbacks Mabrey Mettauer and Landyn Locke since coming to Wisconsin in 2023.

Jarrard is several years away from his commitment, but the Wisconsin football staff jumped into the mix early and solidified their spot as his first Power Four offer. After the standout freshman season he had, Jarrard will be an interesting name to monitor for Wisconsin football fans as he plays out the rest of his high school career.
