The Wisconsin football team is in the middle of a big recruiting battle for the commitment of 4-star offensive lineman Hardy Watts.

Right now the Badgers are one of three finalists for the highly-touted prospect. Clemson and Michigan are the other teams looking to add him to their 2025 recruiting classes.

Watts is set to announce his commitment next week, on July 1st at noon Eastern time. He may have already committed to his future school, but that’s not keeping some current Wisconsin football commits from actively recruiting him on social media.

Cam Clark, a fellow offensive lineman, and Wisconsin football commit has taken to X (Twitter) to convince Hardy to come to O-Line U.

Michael Roeske, another offensive lineman committed to Wisconsin, joined in to recruit Hardy.

As it stands, the Badgers’ 2025 recruiting class already has a solid offensive line group coming in with 4-star prospect Logan Powell and 3-star prospect Nolan Davenport in addition to Roeske and Clark. So, adding Watts would be a luxury for the Wisconsin football team, but that’s not stopping them from pulling out all the stops and applying full court pressure to convince him to join them in Madison.
