Wisconsin Eyeing Notre Dame Staffer for Role in Recruiting Department

What could this mean for the Badgers recruiting department?

The Wisconsin football program is looking to make a splash hire that would shake up its recruiting department. 

FootballScoop.com has reported that Luke Fickell and the Badgers are actively pursuing Carter Auman, a Recruiting Associate on Notre Dame's staff, to fill their Director of Player Personnel role. However, the Irish are making efforts behind the scenes to retain Auman.

Auman is reportedly being pursued to fill the role currently held by Max Stienecker, who has been a vital member of the recruiting department.
